On October 16th this year, Japanese excavator manufacturer TAKEUCHI celebrated 10 years of operation in the UK with its dealer network, customers and hire companies from across the UK and Ireland. The day’s events included clay pigeon shooting and an evening of Japanese cuisine as part of the celebrations.

It all started in 1996 in Rochdale and in 10 years Takeuchi have expanded the Lancashire factory and added the Thatcham depot.

The 11 model line up of mini excavators have grown in popularity, machine sales put them in the top 3 in UK and no 1 in Ireland with a growing dealer support network keen to celebrate the success
