Coming soon will be a cab version of the successful 2-tonne Takeuchi electric excavator launched in 2023.
The New TB20e cab configuration will weigh in slightly heavier, powered by a 12.6 kW electric motor / 24.7 kWh lithium-ion battery providing continuous working range of up to eight hours, depending on application and environment. The TB20e has a maximum dig depth of 2390mm and a maximum reach of 4035mm.

Alongside were prototypes of new electric Takeuchi excavators scheduled for coming years.

The new TB10e prototype weighs in at 1,180 kgs with compact dimensions to fit in even tighter spaces than its predecessor, the TB20e. The excavator offers an impressive dig depth of 1768mm, a maximum reach of 3292mm. with a bucket breakout force of 11.2kN. Its electric motor provides 12.6 kW of power, and its 87.6V battery has a capacity of 9.9 kWh, for up to two hours of working time when fully charged in Standard mode and up to four hours when in ECO mode. Full charge time ranges from three hours when using the external charger to 4.5 hours using the onboard version. Built for all-weather operation, it performs reliably in temperatures ranging from -15°C to 45°C (5°F to 113°F).

TB35e prototype delivers powerful, zero-emission performance with an advanced electric powertrain designed for demanding jobs, the and weighs in at 3,960 kg making it the largest electric excavator in Takeuchi’s current line-up.
The TB35e features dual 10.8 kW electric motors and a 49.3 kWh battery, providing up to two hours of runtime in Standard mode and four hours of runtime in ECO mode. With a maximum dig depth of 3,205 mm and a reach of 5,430 mm, it offers exceptional versatility, while its bucket breakout force of 27.1kN ensures strong digging performance.

In addition to these machines, the Takeuchi booth featured 11 other excavator models and two track loaders. Product and sales experts were on hand to answer attendee questions and help determine the ideal Takeuchi machine for any application.
