Stage V Takeuchi Get CESAR ECV

Takeuchi Mfg UK Ltd have now added the new CESAR ECV (Emission Compliance Verification) label as standard across the full Takeuchi line up.

Takeuchi achieved Stage V compliance on all its models from 1 to 15 tonnes in 2020 and the new ECV label assures site managers and plant hirers of the accurate emission status. The scheme combines with the successful existing CESAR Security System label that Takeuchi have had on-board since 2008.Takeuchi ECV logo on TB290-2 Digger

The new combination CESAR ECV is invaluable for site managers and plant hirers, allowing quick and easy verification of a machines emissions category. The ECV label is a simple reference through the colour of the label, plus a QR code which can be scanned to provide key asset data. A tamper evident colour coded label with a unique alpha/numeric code is linked securely to a machine’s unique CESAR identity and ensures complete integrity of the system.

For Takeuchi owners expect to see the new ECV stickers from February 2022. CESAR ECV is an invaluable ‘bolt-on’ to your investment allowing unrestricted access to working sites.

Hitoshi Arai Managing Director, Takeuchi Mfg UK Ltd
“As a leading supplier in the construction equipment sector we are constantly looking at environmental impacts of our machines. Takeuchi have been Stage V ready since 2020 across the entire range and the new CESAR ECV label confirms this. For our customers this will be essential on-site to manage large scale projects and multiple contractors ensuring plant on site is as ‘clean’ as is possible”.

CESAR DATATAG commented
“In developing ECV we have had some great input from HS2, the Energy Savings Trust and London boroughs. The mix of a secure database of machines’ vital information plus an easy to read and scan visual sticker cuts out a lot of work for construction site managers and local authorities”
