UK PLANT OPERATOR FINALS 2023 REVIEW
Takeuchi for the third year running sponsored the UKPO Plant Operator Finals held at the CITB National Construction College.
The UK Plant Operator finals provided a fantastic platform for plant machine operators from across the UK to show off their excavating skills. More than 60 finalists were in the competition to win £10,000 + many other prizes.
It turned into a great day with a tense competition with all sorts of machine challenges in front of an audience of friends, families and supporters cheering on.
Takeuchi featured a TB325R in a Hat Trick Football challenge that tested operators precision skills on the latest 3-Series mini excavator.
Winner of UKPO 2023 Gordon Dunno with 2021 winner Dave Vickers. In what was a really tense final dig-off between 9 closely matched plant operators, the worthy winner on the day was UKPO Winner 2023 Gordon Dunno. 
He demonstrated first class skills, safety and enthusiasm for the excavator challenges on the day.
